Legacy Partners in Santa Clarita, CA is seeking an on-site Leasing and Marketing Associate to manage marketing, leasing and pre-leasing of apartment homes under supervision.

You will greet prospects, give tours, explain lease terms, and coordinate move-in information forms. You will resolve resident issues, support daily operations, and assist with administrative tasks and property upkeep as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and property management is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate move-ins and handle resident inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and give property tours, matching them with available units.
• Explain lease terms and guide applicants through the leasing process.
• Support marketing efforts and outreach campaigns.
• Handle move-ins, notices, and maintain resident relations.
• Process applications, deposits, and maintain lease records.
