Job summary

Legacy Partners is seeking a on-site, full-time Leasing Agent/Marketing Associate in California to lease, Market and pre-lease multifamily homes. You will greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, explain lease terms, and guide applicants through the leasing process.

The role includes marketing outreach, resident relations, and coordinating move-ins while maintaining accurate records. This position emphasizes teamwork, excellent customer service, and daily site operations Monday

Qualifications

• Three years of related experience and/or training.
• On-site, full-time position requiring availability Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, give property tours, explain lease terms and guide applicants through leasing process.
• Support marketing efforts and local outreach; stay informed on amenities and competing properties.
• Provide excellent resident service and help resolve concerns; assist with move-ins and notifications; support events.
• Process applications, collect deposits, maintain records; keep lease files organized and handle daily phone/email traffic; maintain supplies.
• Inspect apartments and common areas; report maintenance or safety issues and submit service requests.
• Work with the team to meet leasing goals and support daily operations; contribute to a positive office environment.
