Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leasing and Tours: greet, assist, give property tours and match prospects with units; explain lease terms.
• Marketing and Outreach: support campaigns, stay informed on local amenities, promote features, manage online presence.
• Resident Relations: deliver excellent service, resolve concerns, assist with move-ins, welcome residents, issue notices.
• Administrative Support: process applications, collect deposits, maintain records, handle phones and emails.
• Property Upkeep: inspect apartments and common areas, report maintenance/safety issues.
• Team Collaboration: work with team to hit leasing goals and support daily operations.
