SJG Properties in Washington, DC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and explain leasing options, community features, and amenities. This full-time, on-site role handles the leasing process from inquiry to move-in, prepares lease documents, and maintains accurate resident records.

• Experience with leases and lease administration processes.
• Strong resident-focused abilities and retention strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse residents.
• Customer service excellence and problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented with documentation and follow-up.
• Familiarity with office software and PM systems.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and best practices.
• Experience in leasing or property management preferred.
• High school diploma required; related education a plus.
