You will conduct property tours, present community amenities, and support occupancy goals through proactive marketing and high-quality customer service.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365) and Yardi or similar property management software.
• Basic math skills to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on-site, including walking varied terrain, stairs, and inspecting units in all weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Greet prospective residents, assess housing needs, and qualify applicants.
• Conduct property tours, highlighting features, layouts, and amenities.
• Provide information about the local area, schools, shopping, recreation, and transit.
• Prepare and process lease agreements, collect deposits, and ensure documentation is complete.
• Monitor property conditions and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
• Maintain updated listings and create engaging advertisements to promote vacancies.
• Participate in team meetings and training for personal and professional development.
