Core Spaces is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage on-site leasing and marketing operations at our State College property. You will lead tours, handle reports, and coordinate events with the leasing staff.

The role requires strong sales and leadership, proficiency with Entrata and office software, and the ability to work evenings/weekends. Join a culture focused on belonging and professional growth.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales or property management or related fields.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Proficient in Office products and Windows/macOS.

Responsabilidades

• Offer guided tours of the property to potential residents.
• Follow up with potential residents via email and phone.
• Complete all leasing and marketing reports promptly.
• Assist in-house events and outreach marketing coordination.
• Support leasing office operations and staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
• Collaborate on special projects with the Regional Manager.
• Handle HR/People Operations tasks as assigned.
• Work on-site full shift, including evenings/weekends when needed.
• Assist with move-outs, turns, and move-ins beyond normal hours.
