RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the leasing team and drive leasing, marketing, and resident relations for an apartment community in Athens, GA. The role requires coordinating tours, processing applications, and maintaining strong resident engagement.

The position emphasizes team leadership, training, pricing guidance, and adherence to Fair Housing and company standards. On-site hours include weekdays, nights, and weekends as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 4 years’ leasing experience preferred.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Close leases by scheduling tours, generating leads, and processing applications.
• Market properties to drive traffic within the Marketing Plan and budget.
• Oversee leasing staff training and performance feedback.
• Maintain availability reports and coordinate move-ins/outs.
• Provide excellent resident service and coordinate with maintenance.
