Job summary

CityBlock Properties, Inc. is seeking a polished leasing professional for an on-site, full-time role in Athens, GA. The position involves guiding leads to signed leases, conducting in-person showings (including Saturdays), and supervising part-time staff. A vehicle stipend is provided and benefits begin after year one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; leasing, hospitality, sales or customer service experience is a strong plus.
• Lives within 15 minutes of Athens, GA and can work on-site every day.
• Available Monday–Friday daytime, plus Saturday showings during pre-lease season.
• Polished, professional presence and clear communication with students, parents and guarantors.
• Organized and reliable; you follow through without being reminded and keep records clean.

Responsibilities

• Respond personally to new leads and guide them from first conversation to showing, application and signed lease.
• Run in-person property showings, including Saturdays during pre-lease season.
• Manage lease renewals from offer to signature.
• Serve as the first point of contact for current residents, handling questions and escalations with professionalism.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, condition reports, and unit and exterior inspections.
• Approve and follow through on maintenance work, gather quotes for non-routine jobs, and confirm completion.
• Keep resident, unit and lease records accurate in AppFolio.
• Supervise and train part-time Marketing & Leasing Assistants; monitor automated lead, scheduling and maintenance systems.
