Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Leasing Manager to lease apartments, retain residents, and market the property while handling administrative and financial tasks. You will oversee operations in the absence of the Property Manager and mentor leasing staff as you take on greater responsibilities.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of landlord/tenant laws, and experience with property management software.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with residents, employees, vendors.
• Bi-lingual abilities may be required depending on property.
• Experience with YARDI®, MS Office, and property management software.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and Fair Housing/ADA regulations.
• High school degree required; college degree preferred.
• Four years of property management experience; tax credit experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartments, greet prospects, tour property, collect applications and deposits.
• Inspect property daily for cleanliness and safety.
• Process rental applications, schedule move-ins, maintain lease files.
• Track traffic sources and convert traffic to leases.
• Assist in marketing efforts and keep competitor rate surveys.
• Lead on-site operations in absence of Property Manager.
