Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Leasing Consultant who will serve as the face of the community, greeting guests and guiding prospects through tour and leasing processes. You will explain unit options, deliver outstanding customer service, and help close leases while maintaining strong knowledge of the property.

You will also coordinate resident events, enter data into our system, and contribute to marketing and community activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to close leases and meet sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Showing and leasing apartment homes to prospective residents.
• Explaining details of apartment unit options.
• Providing exemplary customer service to residents and prospects.
• Greet visitors warmly and maintain knowledge of the property.
• Close leases and prepare lease paperwork for new residents.
• Input resident information into internal database.
• Support property traffic through sales and marketing efforts.
• Coordinate resident events and functions.
