Job summary

Legacy Partners in Redmond, WA is seeking a on-site Leasing Specialist responsible for marketing, leasing, and pre-leasing apartment homes. You will greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, explain lease terms, and guide applicants through the leasing process.

This full-time role collaborates with the leasing team to support marketing efforts, respond to resident concerns, process applications and deposits, and help maintain the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, leasing, and pre-leasing apartment homes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct property tours and explain lease terms.
• Organizational skills to manage applications and records.
• Availability Thursday through Monday on-site.

Responsibilities

• Greet, tour, and match prospects with available units.
