Job summary

Allied Residential in Seattle is seeking a Leasing Consultant who will engage prospective residents, showcase available apartments, and guide applicants through the leasing process to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

You will qualify applicants, conduct property tours, provide local-area information, prepare leases, collect deposits, and help maintain occupancy targets through proactive marketing and appealing community presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; leasing or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software such as Yardi.
• Basic math skills to calculate rents, rates, and percentages.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; on-site work required.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, assess housing needs, and qualify applicants.
• Conduct property tours highlighting apartment features and community amenities.
• Provide information about local schools, shopping, and transportation.
• Prepare leases, collect deposits, and ensure documentation is complete.
• Monitor property conditions and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Maintain listings of available units and create advertisements to promote vacancies.
