Legacy Partners is seeking a responsible leasing specialist to work on-site in Bellevue, WA. You will greet prospective residents, provide tours, explain lease terms, and guide applicants through the leasing process.

You will support marketing efforts, coordinate move-in information, process applications and deposits, and maintain accurate records. The role requires Saturday through Wednesday availability and collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• Coordinate move-in information forms and resolve resident issues as needed.
• Greet prospects, give property tours, explain lease terms, and guide applicants through leasing.
• Process applications and deposits; maintain accurate lease and resident records.
• Inspect apartments and common areas; report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Support marketing and outreach campaigns and stay informed on local amenities.

Responsibilities

• Leasing and Tours: Greet and assist prospective residents, give tours, match prospects with units, explain leases.
• Marketing and Outreach: Support campaigns and maintain online reputation.
• Resident Relations: Deliver notices, assist with move-ins, and help welcome new residents.
• Administrative Support: Handle phone and email traffic, organize files, manage office supplies.
• Property Upkeep: Regularly inspect and report issues; support daily operations.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team to meet leasing goals and maintain a professional environment.
