Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Microsoft Office and Property Management Software proficiency are expected.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing rules.
