The role requires 2+ years in property management or leadership, proficiency with Entrata and MS Office, and strong customer service with excellent communication skills. Ability to work weekends and respond to emergencies is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Two or more years’ experience as a residential community/property manager or leadership role in related industry.
• Experience with property management software preferred; Entrata experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software to complete reports.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• On-site work lifestyle: 95% indoors, 5% outdoors.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs; be available 24/7 for emergencies.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and transfer properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned property and manage the team.
• Assist in budgeting and analyze financial statements to forecast performance.
• Ensure rent collection and timely deposits; monitor financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and maintain insurance certificates.
• Manage lease enforcement, inspections, notices, renewals, and evictions as needed.
• Address resident concerns promptly to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure maintenance aligns with Hines standards and safety.
