Job summary

Hines is seeking a Community Manager to lead daily operations at a residential property. You will manage a team, ensure service excellence, and drive occupancy and financial performance while upholding Hines policies and standards.

You will oversee lease enforcement, maintenance coordination, inspections, and owner communications. A strong customer service mindset and on-site availability are essential for success in this fully on-site role.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of experience as a residential community/property manager.
• Property management software experience required; Entrata a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work on-site five days per week; flexible schedule incl. weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned property and manage the team.
• Assist with budget development and financial monitoring; review statements.
• Ensure rent collection and timely deposits; prepare monthly financial reports.
