Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Literacy Specialist to coach K–3 students using app-based core learning. You will diagnose phonics gaps, design targeted sequences, and drive progress with daily goals on campus.

The role is full-time, on-site, with relocation support and a compensation level of $120,000 USD per year, paid weekly. You will work with multiple campuses across the country and contribute to curriculum standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct work with children ages 4–9
• 2+ years teaching reading in K–3 within the last 5 years
• Completed structured-literacy training or a master's in reading or literacy

Responsibilities

• Coach students through app-based core learning and spot where stuck
• Run short literacy sessions for small groups and diagnose gaps
• Lead morning launch, workshops, and campus routines for K–3 students
