Job summary

You will train hourly operators, lead 5S, conduct cycle time analyses, and support Lean events. Strong teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus two years manufacturing experience.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to stand and move in tight spaces and on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach hourly operators on lean tools and processes.
• Lead 5S and visual workplace initiatives across value stream.
• Conduct cycle time analyses and line balance improvements.
• Support Lean events (RIEs/JDIs) and continuous improvement projects.
• Develop standard work and mentor team leaders to sustain improvements.
• Ensure workplace safety and effective communication of Lean direction.
