Job summary

Trane Supply is seeking an OpEx Lean Technician to drive continuous improvement on-site. You will train hourly operators, coach teams, and lead rapid improvements using Lean tools and 5S across the value stream.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus two years manufacturing experience.
• Associates degree or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and operate in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach hourly operators on lean tools.
• Lead Rapid Improvement Events with cross-functional teams.
• Lead 5S implementation and visual workplace across value stream.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance.
• Identify and address obstacles to improve takt attainment.
• Support Lean transformation initiatives and standard work creation.
• Coach team leaders in Lean practices and problem-solving.
