Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG), part of RPM International, seeks a Production Manager for our Columbus, GA site. You will oversee daily production, drive Lean initiatives, and manage safety, quality, and cost targets to meet customer expectations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop budgets, and ensure on-time delivery while implementing improvements and maintaining compliance with the North American Manufacturing Safety Program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business, or closely related field is required.
• Master's degree in business administration, manufacturing or engineering a plus.
• 7+ years' supervisory experience in a 24X7 start-up chemical industrial environment is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations and infrastructure.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure safety, quality, service and cost objectives and compliance with NA Manufacturing Safety Program.
• Plan, direct, and control budgets and cost of sales; forecast and manage performance against plan.
• Drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision making across production.
