Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (Chemical Production) to lead a large maintenance department at a primary chemical facility in the Columbus, GA region.

You will plan, direct, and optimize maintenance across facilities and production equipment, ensuring safety and reliability. The role requires at least 5 years in manufacturing maintenance, familiarity with plant safety, Lean/ISO methods, and strong Excel/SAP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with plant safety practices and chemical processes.
• Knowledge of Lean, ISO procedures, and statistical methods.
• Ability to apply engineering principles to maintenance plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance department for a large chemical manufacturing facility.
• Coordinate and direct maintenance projects with detailed plans.
• Plan and direct installation, testing, operation, and repair of facilities and chemical production equipment.
• Manage the Preventative Maintenance Program to reduce downtime.
• Provide cost estimates, review expenditures, and approve materials.
• Coach and develop staff using Tremco CS&W practices.
