Job summary
Tremco is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily operations at our Columbus, GA site. You will drive Lean initiatives, supervise manufacturing staff, manage budgets, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
The role requires 7+ years in a 24x7 chemical industrial environment, ERP/SAP experience, and strong leadership. On-site work with competitive compensation and benefits is offered.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business, or closely related discipline is required.
- MBA is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Implement lean manufacturing practices to deliver high standards of operational excellence.
- Develop processes, strategies, and budgets to meet goals related to productivity, quality, on-time delivery, and safety.
- Lead, direct, and oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations and infrastructure at the facility.
- Drive data collection and analysis to support continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets and forecast costs to meet financial objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine lean transformation plans.
- Ensure 100% on-time delivery by addressing constraints.
- Coach and develop staff for accountability and performance.
