Job summary

Tremco is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily operations at our Columbus, GA site. You will drive Lean initiatives, supervise manufacturing staff, manage budgets, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires 7+ years in a 24x7 chemical industrial environment, ERP/SAP experience, and strong leadership. On-site work with competitive compensation and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business, or closely related discipline is required.
MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Implement lean manufacturing practices to deliver high standards of operational excellence.
Develop processes, strategies, and budgets to meet goals related to productivity, quality, on-time delivery, and safety.
Lead, direct, and oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations and infrastructure at the facility.
Drive data collection and analysis to support continuous improvement.
Manage budgets and forecast costs to meet financial objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to refine lean transformation plans.
Ensure 100% on-time delivery by addressing constraints.
Coach and develop staff for accountability and performance.
