Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group, part of RPM International, seeks a Plant Manager for our Columbus, GA facility. You will lead production safety, quality, service, and cost initiatives, while implementing lean practices and ensuring supply chain execution for finished goods.

You will manage staff, plan capital and projects, and coordinate with senior leadership to meet budgeted targets. Strong EHS compliance and SAP experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree required.
• At least three years of management experience in a comparably sized manufacturing operation.
• Experience leading transfer, startup, or integration of manufacturing operations between facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the manufacturing team to meet safety, quality, service, and cost targets.
• Ensure execution of EHS standards and compliance in all production processes.
• Drive lean manufacturing (MS-168) and use Operational Excellence tools to boost performance.
• Interface with senior management to align manufacturing goals with strategic direction.
• Directly or indirectly manage site personnel and staffing.
• Oversee planning and capital projects; manage budget and variances.
• Foster talent development, coaching, and succession planning.
