Job summary

Worthington Enterprises in Rhode Island is seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to lead lean initiatives across the West Warwick Plant. You will develop and deploy lean knowledge, culture, tools, and training to drive waste reduction and process consistency.

Key duties include establishing processes, mentoring Kaizen teams, removing barriers to CI, and tracking KPI performance such as OEE. This is an on-site role with competitive compensation and profit-sharing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills across all levels.
• Six Sigma and Lean Methodology knowledge or training.
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in Distribution/Production lines/Manufacturing.
• Excellent organizational skills and safety awareness.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Establish, train, and implement new processes to remove waste and reduce variation.
• Share and standardize best practices across the operation.
• Identify and remove barriers to CI implementation.
