Qualifications

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to engage across levels.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive issue resolution.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations and production processes.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Ability to analyze data and recommend performance improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with manufacturing metrics, reporting, and performance measurement.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
• Understanding of safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Manufacturing/Industrial field preferred.
• Lean certification or equivalent CI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve existing manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Develop, maintain, and improve standard work instructions, process docs, and procedures; train staff on processes and CI initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CI initiatives using Lean tools; lead root cause analyses and Kaizen events.
• Support projects to improve throughput, reduce downtime, and enhance operational effectiveness; evaluate equipment and workflow improvements.
• Track and report KPIs such as efficiency, scrap, downtime, and productivity; support safety, quality, and compliance initiatives.
