Elgen Staffing in Worcester, MA seeks an experienced Lean Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations on-site. You will observe processes, analyze data, identify root causes, and implement practical, sustainable improvements with cross-functional teams.

You will lead kaizen events, develop standard work, and optimize flow to reduce waste, improve quality, safety, and delivery while supporting capacity planning and training of employees.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a related engineering field.
• Proven manufacturing experience and Lean manufacturing knowledge.
• Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Standard Work, Kanban, Visual Management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Lean manufacturing initiatives across the facility.
• Identify and eliminate waste in processes and operations.
• Conduct Kaizen events and improvement projects.
• Develop standard work instructions and SOPs.
• Analyze processes to improve cycle time, productivity, and efficiency.
• Support implementation of new processes, equipment, and methods.
• Perform time studies and capacity analyses to balance lines.
• Lead root-cause investigations using 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and Pareto methods.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop corrective actions.
• Provide day-to-day engineering support for production issues.
