SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical integrity of an apartment community, ensuring a clean, safe, and well‑maintained living environment for residents and staff.

The role requires proactive issue resolution, preventative maintenance, and mentoring of maintenance personnel to deliver high‑quality service and keep operations running smoothly. Weekend availability may be required.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills to manage staff daily.
• Strong knowledge of state lease forms, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.
• Proficient in property management software and MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• CPO & HVAC certifications required.
• 40 hours per week, including weekends, with on-call rotation.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain inventory levels of maintenance supplies.
• Monitor and correct hazardous conditions across the property.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff.
• Approve and delegate service requests.
• Schedule on-call and emergency maintenance rotations.
• Perform preventative maintenance for equipment.
• Coordinate with external vendors.
• Maintain resident relations and respond to concerns.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports.
