Job summary

ARUP Laboratories seeks a Client Site Liaison II at King’s Daughter Medical Center in Ashland, KY. This full-time, on-site role supports specimen processing, client relations and logistics, with a 4:00 PM–12:30 AM schedule and direct coordination between the client and ARUP teams.

The candidate should have a science degree with related lab experience and may hold ASCP certification. Strong communication and LIS familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent or better.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or related with one year of specimen processing, phlebotomy or lab experience.
• Associates degree plus two years of specimen processing, phlebotomy or lab assistant experience or ARUP labs experience.
• Type 30 words per minute

Responsibilities

• Pour off, label and process ARUP specimens per the test directory.
• Prepare specimens for transport per DOT and IATA guidelines.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Be familiar with CAP, NY and other regulatory requirements.
