Job summary

NSC Global is seeking a Lab IT & Equipment Support Specialist to manage, maintain, and support laboratory IT infrastructure and analytical instruments on-site in clean-room environments. You will ensure instrument connectivity, support CDS/LIMS integration, and perform IQ/OQ/PQ qualification testing to uphold data integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 100% on-site presence in GMP environments, with hands-on hardware troubleshooting, ELN administration, and strong collaboration

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting CDS platforms such as Empower, Chromeleon, or OpenLAB.
• Understanding of LIMS/LES/ELN administration and hardware integration.
• Familiarity with IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and validation lifecycle.
• In-depth knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 data integrity.
• Experience troubleshooting lab network infrastructure and instrument interfaces.
• Knowledge of GMP clean-room access rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Instrument IT connectivity setup and maintenance for laboratory instruments.
• Support LIMS/CDS hardware integration and lab network management.
• Assist with IQ/OQ/PQ testing and documentation.
• Ensure GMP compliance and clean-room procedures are followed.
• Provide ELN user administration and end-user support.
• Maintain data integrity across instruments and data repositories.
