TEKsystems in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced L2 Desktop Support Analyst Contractor to provide hands-on IT support across local locations. The initial 36-month on-site engagement will cover integration and transition, with potential shift to part-time or on-demand support as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide Executive Level I/II IT support for desktop hardware and software, telephony, mobility, and basic network connectivity
Integration & Transition Support: on-site during initial phase, configure and deploy devices, support onboarding, provisioning
Troubleshoot desktop, application, network, telephony, and mobility issues; document and escalate as needed
Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and other technical resources; support projects and maintain knowledge articles
Help establish and maintain support documentation and knowledge articles; ensure timely, professional support
