AlphaSights in New York is seeking an IT Technician to join our IT team. This entry‑level role focuses on first‑line end‑user support across devices, apps, and connectivity, with additional responsibilities in AV, asset management, and office moves.

You will learn rapidly, gaining hands‑on training and mentorship in Okta, Google Workspace, and M365. You will work onsite, supporting colleagues directly and owning issues from triage to resolution, with growth into more advanced IT engineering

Qualifications

• Minimum A‑Levels or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics simply.
• Proactive, client‑focused, and able to de‑escalate calmly.
• Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑line end‑user support across devices, apps, access, and connectivity.
• Assist with identity & access management (Okta) and basic SSO troubleshooting.
• Support collaboration suites (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) including password resets and license management.
• Enroll and support Macs via Jamf and Windows via Intune, following build standards.
