Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Skilled Services Technician to perform basic equipment setup and configuration at client sites. You will collaborate with the engineering team to install and test software/hardware, maintain servers and network hardware, and diagnose hardware failures while providing remote and on-site support to clients.

You will contribute to client engagement, handle ITSM queues, and may assume an informal team leadership role while ensuring quality solutions for customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Vendor and product certification preferred; vocational training completed.
• A+ certification is beneficial, but not crucial.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic equipment setup and configuration at client sites.
• Collaborates with engineering team to install and perform break/fix for hardware and software.
• Maintains servers and network hardware; diagnoses and troubleshoots hardware failures.
• Provides telephonic, remote, and on-site support to clients; may act as informal team leader.
