Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Field Services Technician I in Mesa, AZ (Four Peaks Medical Center). You will install, diagnose, repair, and upgrade PC hardware and software, mobile and clinical devices, and network components.

You’ll support on-call rotations and document all work in the ticketing system. Preferred candidates have an Associate’s Degree or higher and 1 year of service desk experience; A+ and related certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience at the Service Desk or performing Technology Support.
• A+ or an Associate’s Degree may substitute for 1 year of experience.
• Entry to intermediate level IT support with strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Installs, diagnoses, repairs, maintains and upgrades PC hardware, software and devices.
• Performs routine tasks and project work; on-call rotation for incidents.
• Documents work in the ticketing system and maintains knowledgebase.
