Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of service desk or technology support experience.
• Equivalent education may substitute for 1 year of experience.
• Relevant IT certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installs, diagnoses, repairs, maintains and upgrades PC hardware, software, operating systems, mobile devices, clinical devices & applications, radiology devices, telephone system components, network devices, and peripherals.
• Perform routine operational tasks and project work; participate in on-call rotation for incidents, upgrades, patches, and projects.
• Provide high-quality customer interactions; listen, identify needs, and build rapport while documenting work in ticketing system.
• Adhere to HonorHealth tenets of service excellence and support governance and project milestones.
