Trillium Family Services is seeking an IT Technician to provide on-site technical support across our Portland and Corvallis campuses. The role involves assisting end users, maintaining computers, and coordinating with the Information Systems team.

On-site position with regular travel between campuses as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting, customer service, and Windows environment experience, and will join a dedicated IT team committed to safeguarding sensitive

Competenze

• Associate degree in MIS/CIS or equivalent.
• Experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
• Familiarity with Windows network environments.
• Healthcare environment experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Install, configure, and deploy computer hardware and software.
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist System Administrator with system support and issue resolution.
• Manage and monitor backup systems.
• Schedule preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Coordinate vendor service calls as needed.
• Set up user accounts and email for new hires.
• Train staff on Microsoft applications and business software.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Provide growth-oriented technology recommendations.
• Complete required trainings and comply with policies.
