Job summary

Qualifications

• Min. 4 years of direct customer IT support.
• Windows 10/11 experience.
• SaaS Phone system experience (e.g., Teams Business Voice, GoTo).
• Basic Active Directory experience and networking knowledge.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person end-user computing support at offices and remote sites.
• Handle requests and incidents within SLA expectations.
• Serve as escalation point for Level 1 Service Desk with clear communication.
• Contribute to documentation for resolution opportunities.
• Support infrastructure, technical, application, and security maintenance projects.
• Maintain up-to-date IT Asset Inventory and assist with on-call coverage.
