Job summary

Catholic Charities of Central Washington in Wenatchee, WA is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide end-user technical support in a 100% in-person role.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices; configure desktops and accounts; support phone, voicemail and conferencing; maintain IT inventory, document requests in a ticketing system, and participate in an on-call rotation to respond to IT emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Technical Certificate or Associate Degree in Information Technology preferred.
• 1 year of experience with computer hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, maintaining workstation performance.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices).
• Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and related equipment; assist with account setup and password resets.
• Monitor compliance with service agreements and improve system performance.
• Track staff IT requests in a ticketing system and document actions.
• Assist with procurement and installation of new IT equipment.
• Support video conferencing and phone systems across offices.
• Travel to other offices as requested with company vehicle or mileage reimbursement.
• On-call rotation to respond to IT emergencies.
