Job summary

TaylorMade Golf Company is seeking an on-site Site IT Technician for our Evansville, Indiana distribution facility. You will be the first contact for technology support across shipping and distribution, troubleshooting enterprise apps, hardware, networking, and OT devices to keep printers, label printers, and RF/barcode scanners running smoothly.

You will collaborate with central IT, manage production-floor devices, and support WMS/shipping apps, while meeting SLAs and contributing to process

Qualifications

Professional IT certifications, Computer Science degree (or related field), or minimum 2 years of relevant technical support experience.
Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Windows device management using Microsoft Intune.
Multi-function, thermal, and production label printers, RF/barcode scanning devices.
Experience with WMS and shipping/manifesting applications, and related barcode/label tools.
Microsoft Teams audio-video collaboration and Teams Rooms experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft AD/AAD and Azure Entra ID.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent, professional customer service to all users across channels.
Resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs.
Log and triage incidents via phone, walk-in, email, chat, or ticketing system.
Identify high-priority issues and escalate as needed.
Act as first point of contact for distribution/shipping floor incidents and resolve or escalate.
Maintain production-floor computers, workstations, and printers including label printers.
Support OT devices such as label printers, RF guns, and mobile scanners.
Provide first-line support for site shipping and distribution apps (WMS, scanning).
Report network/infrastructure issues to central IT and assist with resolution.
Suggest process improvements and implement under guidance.
Use AI tools like Microsoft Copilot for day-to-day tasks.
Meet goals for first-call resolution, CSAT, timeliness, and backlog reduction.
Update documentation and inventories with accurate configurations.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT team members.
Collaborate with IT peers for alignment and knowledge sharing.
Create knowledge base articles in the ITSM tool.
Adhere to security and compliance requirements.
Complete recurring tasks on schedule.
Identify and raise security vulnerabilities or compliance concerns.
Build and deploy computers, configure OS, and set up user profiles.
Manage IT assets with accurate inventory and configurations.
Perform other duties as required.
