You will maintain Apple devices (Mac Mini, MacBook Pro, and iPads), handle break/fix tasks, and support Google Workspace administration and Jira ticket workflows.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of IT support experience.
• Experience managing corporate hardware (laptops/tablets/workstations).
• Familiarity with corporate email and identity management.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Reset the state of Carol Stream’s operational team’s tech devices from 3rd shift and prepare for 1st shift.
• Maintain and respond to Jira IT support tickets as Tier 1; on-site in Carol Stream and remote for other locations.
• Administer Google Workspace accounts (email, calendar, drive).
• Perform basic vendor management for support needs (scheduling, procurement).
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Provide training on IT systems and tools.
• Stay up-to-date with IT trends and propose improvements.
