Job summary

Shipfusion Inc. is hiring a Junior L1 On-site IT Technician (2nd Shift) to support employees, warehouses, and remote staff in Carol Stream, IL.

You will maintain Apple devices (Mac Mini, MacBook Pro, iPad) and provide break/fix support, Google Workspace administration, and helpdesk assistance. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of IT support experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to work independently on-site.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support.
• Experience managing and supporting corporate hardware devices (laptops, tablets, workstations).
• Familiarity with corporate email and identity management.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• On-site role in Carol Stream, IL.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support to employees, warehouses, and remote staff.
• Administer Google Workspace accounts (email, calendar, drive).
• Manage basic vendor relationships for support needs and procurement.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Provide training on IT systems and tools.
• Stay current with IT trends and propose infrastructure improvements.
