Job summary

Shipfusion is seeking a Junior L1 On-site IT Technician (2nd Shift) to provide on-site technical support for employees, warehouses, and remote staff in Carol Stream, IL. You will maintain Apple devices (Mac Mini, MacBook Pros, iPads) and provide break/fix support for fulfillment warehouses, while administering Google Workspace and assisting the helpdesk.

Responsibilities include Jira ticket management, onboarding/offboarding support, vendor coordination, and training staff on IT systems.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of IT support experience.
• Experience supporting laptops, tablets, and workstations.
• Familiarity with corporate email and identity management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Reset devices for the next shift and prepare for 3rd shift.
• Manage Jira IT support tickets (Tier 1) on-site and remotely.
• Administer Google Workspace accounts (email, calendar, drive).
• Handle basic vendor management for support needs.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Provide training on IT systems and tools.
• Suggest improvements to IT infrastructure.
