Job summary

Shipfusion Inc. is hiring a Junior L1 On-site IT Technician (1st Shift) in Carol Stream, IL. You will support employees, warehouses, and remote staff by maintaining Apple devices and providing break/fix support, while administering Google Workspace and aiding the helpdesk.

The role focuses on on-site IT operations, device management for Macs, and tier-1 Jira ticket resolution, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced eCommerce logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of IT support experience.
• Experience managing corporate hardware (laptops, tablets, workstations).
• Familiarity with corporate email and identity management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Reset devices for 1st shift from 3rd shift and prep for 1st shift.
• Manage Jira IT tickets as Tier 1 on-site and remote support.
• Administer Google Workspace (email, calendar, drive).
• Handle basic vendor coordination for support needs.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Provide training on IT systems and tools.
