Harrison County Hospital is seeking an IS Systems Support Level 2 to maintain desktop environments and support end users on-site. The role covers deployment images, asset management, and a hybrid Active Directory/Azure AD setup.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in IT (preferred) and at least two years of IT experience, with strong problem-solving and confidentiality skills. This is an on-site position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrates proactive, solution-oriented problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second level end-user support.
• Support phones, printers, workstations, and network equipment.
• Create and maintain deployment images.
• Administer hybrid AD environments (Active Directory & Azure AD).
• Lead desktop environment projects.
• Maintain IT asset inventory.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes.
