Marolina Outdoor in Charleston, South Carolina, is seeking a Systems Administrator to provide hands-on technology support across corporate offices and retail locations. You will work closely with the IT Director to keep employees and stores connected and operating smoothly.

Responsibilities include managing Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, handling help desk requests, supporting retail technology including Shopify POS, and maintaining IT documentation and asset inventories.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or related role.
• Experience with Windows environments and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with user accounts, permissions, MFA, and basic networking.
• Ability to document work and create troubleshooting guides.
• Strong customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support across offices and retail locations.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID; manage accounts and licenses.
• Troubleshoot Windows and Mac devices and connectivity.
