Job summary

Charleston ENT & Allergy is seeking a Systems Administrator to support IT infrastructure, implement enterprise software, and provide hardware and software support across multiple offices in Charleston, Dorchester, Columbia, and Beaufort counties.

You will oversee helpdesk tickets, hands-on hardware/software tasks, remote access support, HIPAA compliance, and close collaboration with departments to ensure systems meet daily needs. This position is not remote.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT infrastructure and enterprise software.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and users.
• Strong communication with non-technical staff.
