Marolina Outdoor, Inc. is hiring a Systems Administrator for in-office support in Charleston. You will manage user accounts, troubleshoot issues, and maintain IT operations across corporate offices and retail locations, working with the IT Director to keep devices, stores, and systems connected.

The role covers onboarding/offboarding, hardware prep, asset management, and clear documentation. A customer‑service mindset and strong troubleshooting skills are essential for a growing IT team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, manage user accounts and MFA.
• Troubleshoot Windows/Mac devices, software, and connectivity via Freshdesk.
• Support Shopify POS and retail technology to minimize disruptions.
• Set up accounts and ship equipment to employees and stores.
• Maintain IT asset inventories and documentation.
• Create clear technical documentation and assist non-technical staff.
