Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Setup, configuration, repair and moves/adds/changes of computing hardware and software.
• Track, manage, and own technology support requests daily.
• Coordinate with support teams to resolve issues and keep employees updated.
• On-call availability and flexible work schedule as needed.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and comply with department standards.
• Develop knowledge and train users during and after system implementation.
• Provide ongoing maintenance of computer and electronic systems.
• Work weekends or after hours as needed.
