Collabera is seeking a Desktop Support Technician III in Brooklyn Park, MN for an on-site, 6-month contract with potential extension. The role involves supporting hardware and software, troubleshooting LAN/WAN, and maintaining IT equipment while providing excellent user assistance.

Ideal candidates have an Associate’s degree or equivalent, 5–7 years of experience, and familiarity with Windows environments and ServiceNow. Travel within the Minneapolis metro is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent or 5+ years of related experience
• 5–7 years of desktop IT support experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service orientation

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or in person
• Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting for LAN/WAN issues and computer hardware/software
• Install, configure, and upgrade PC software and operating systems (Windows 10, MS 365)
• Maintain daily IT system performance and assist with peripherals (printers, scanners, video conferencing)
• Log incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow and track hardware inventory
• Coordinate with IT staff for escalation and resolution of complex issues
