Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is seeking an IT Support Technician to maintain on-site and remote user support in Sunnyvale, CA. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software, support lab and office devices, and collaborate with IT teams to improve services.

This role requires 2+ years of end-user support, experience with Apple and Windows environments, and familiarity with ITSM processes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher with 2+ years supporting end-users in an enterprise IT environment.
• Experience supporting Apple and Microsoft enterprise environments (JAMF, AD, Windows, M365).
• Experience managing IT requests through an ITSM platform in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot a wide variety of hardware and software solutions for end users.
• Manage incidents and service requests through the ITSM system, meeting SLAs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
