Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical degree in a computer-related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in an IT Technician or equivalent role.
• Experience with Windows software/hardware and strong end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 triage and onsite support for systems, network, and telecom.
• Plan, install, and maintain PC systems, both new and existing.
• Collaborate with end users to assess hardware and software needs.
• Manage a spare parts inventory for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install and update hardware and software across the organization.
• Train users on equipment and software for confident use.
• Contribute to continuous tech improvement on moderately complex applications.
